Since 2025, Gathered has operated as a by-appointment (pre-orders only) bakery in Astoria, Oregon. We are not open for retail shopping, but you can find our daily pastries at Sleeper Coffee and desserts at Tres Bros.

Gathered was founded by Sarah Woods in 2016, and has undergone many reincarnations over the years. Throughout its ever-evolving structure, Sarah has remained the consistent spatula-behind-the-scenes, often operating as a one-woman show but fortunate enough to have some talented support these days. Sarah has been been baking professionally for over 18 years, specializing in farm-to-table sourcing, classical French techniques, specialty-diet baking and cake design.

Gathered is a mixed-use kitchen that processes nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. We are committed to making every effort to minimize cross-contact risks, however customers with concerns need to be aware of these risks and always be prepared in the event of an adverse reaction.
