Meet your Baker
Gathered was founded by Sarah Woods in 2016 in Bellingham, WA, and has undergone many reincarnations over the years. Throughout its ever-evolving structure, Sarah has remained the consistent spatula-behind-the-scenes, often operating as a one-woman show but fortunate enough to have some talented support these days. Sarah has been been baking professionally for over 18 years, specializing in farm-to-table sourcing, classical French techniques, specialty-diet baking and cake design.
Gathered is a mixed-use kitchen that processes nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. We are committed to making every effort to minimize cross-contact risks, however customers with concerns need to be aware of these risks and always be prepared in the event of an adverse reaction.
