Intentional sourcing is at the heart of our kitchen. Quality food begins with quality ingredients, and quality ingredients start with amazing farmers. Our aim is to purchase primarily local and/or organic ingredients for your desserts and to meet the farmers and visit farms whenever possible.
While our exact sourcing varies depending on season & availability, here's where we currently purchase most of our staple baking ingredients:

Wheat flour: Central Milling Co., Logan, UT (organic)

Minimally-processed cane sugar: Big Country Sugar,
Guarambare, Paraguay (organic, fair trade, rain-forest alliance, Non-GMO Project)

Couverture chocolate- Ku'l Chocolate, Bellingham, WA (organic, fair-trade, soy-free)

Pastured butter: Mother's Choice Organic, Clackamas, OR (organic, grass-fed pastured)

Pastured whole milk: Bennett's Family Farm, Tillamook, OR (grass-fed pastured)

Free-range eggs:
Zweifel's Eggs, Tillamook, OR (pastured)

Honey: Waluski Loop Honey, Astoria, OR

Edible Flowers: Laughing Rabbit Farm, Astoria OR & 46 North Farm, Olney, OR & River City Farm, Nehalem, OR


Gathered is a mixed-use kitchen that processes nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. We are committed to making every effort to minimize cross-contact risks, however customers with concerns need to be aware of these risks and always be prepared in the event of an adverse reaction.
